Rehabilitation

For those residents who require intensive rehabilitative care, an array of therapy programs are coordinated and offered in and from the facility's on-site therapy unit and gymnasium. When therapy goals are attained and the resident prepares to return home, the staff conducts an at-home evaluation to assist the resident in making the transition to home as easy as possible.

Alzheimer's Dementia Care
The Hawthorn Glen Senior Living Campus offers uniquely designed living areas for the special needs of those with Alzheimer's and other dementia related diagnoses, both in the Nursing Center and in The Suites (Assisted Living). Activities are structured to meet the specific needs of each resident. The special care living areas also include patios for safe and secure times in the outdoors.
