Pioneer Manor is happy to be able to offer 6 assisted living apartments for our residents. Our one bedroom roomy apartments feature a living room, dining room, kitchenette and bathroom. We also have a full common kitchen available to our residents.

Our highly skilled nurses provide the best quality care. Their skills are only half the picture. Each nurse is a gentle and caring person, with genuine concern for each resident.

Alzheimer's Care

Our nurses work with the client's family to create a comfortable environment including simple routines and visual cues as a positive substitute for diminishing mental processes.
Diabetes Management

Our experienced nurses provide help with all aspects of managing diabetes including: blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration and tracking, exercise plan, menu planning, education and more.
Restorative Nursing Program

At Pioneer Manor we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population, who require a specialized restorative program. Of course, this service is included in the room and board fee. The therapy team and nursing staff develop individualized treatment plans for resident care in the areas of:

Ambulation
Range of motion
Activities of daily living
Positioning and alignment
Skin integrity and wound management
Contracture management
Bowel and bladder training
Rehabilitative and social dining
Strengthening and restraint reduction
Weekly and monthly height and weight monitoring

Dietary Program

Our meals are made from scratch
We serve the best coffee in town
Provide meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to physician orders
Oral supplemental diets are available
Regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian

Daily rates include room and board:

Three meals per day served in main dining or rehabilitative dining areas
Tray service, plus snacks
Special diets upon physician order
Daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), i.e., dressing, bathing, ambulation, personal hygiene and needs
Daily housekeeping service
Bed and bathroom linens (less incontinent care linens)
Administration of medications as prescribed by either attending/alternate physician
24-hour supervision by licensed Nursing personnel (R.N. or L.P.N.) and Certified Nursing Assistants
Assistance with feeding
Planned activities
Recreational and occupational programs
Drug regimen review
Social services consultation
Discharge planning and referral service
Furnished rooms furnished in accordance with State and Federal regulatory agencies

PLEASE NOTE: The daily room rate does NOT include the following: Physician visit charges, dentist visit charges, medication and sundry items, resident care medical supplies and materials, incontinent care supplies/linens, special physician ordered therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, diagnostic tests, and other specialized care procedures, etc.
