Arch Plaza is a beautifully appointed, 98 bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. At our facility, our highly-trained staff provides a range of services including comprehensive physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies, 24-hour licensed nursing care, pain management and wound care.

We are dedicated to helping our patients achieve positive outcomes and attain an optimal level of wellness. To enrich the aging experience, Arch Plaza offers a complete activities program for the varied interests of our patients.

Our interdisciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers and recreational service providers. Our team meets daily to review each patient's file and decide on an optimal care plan. We have a common objective during these meetings: to work together to get our patients back on their feet, and optimally, back home in good health. We are always happy to accept late or weekend admissions.
