Chestelm Health & Rehabilitation Center subscribes to the fundamental belief that the primary goal of an effective health care facility is a commitment to providing residents with care of professionaly recognized quality through education, hands-on experience, and interdisciplinary team effort; assuring one level of quality care is maintained and delivered in a safe, effective and efficient manner, while also maintaining all residents' rights with respect and dignity.

In accordance with this philosophy, the Corporate Board of Directors and Facility Governing Body are dedicated to ensuring that the Facility will continually strive to provide state of the art sub-acute and rehabilitative care. Both short and long range action plans shall be developed, achieved, and revised in order to accomodate the changing needs of the facility and community.
