Assisted living is the perfect alternative for people who can no longer live in their own home, yet do not need complex medical supervision. Residents with an assisted living apartment enjoy a private bedroom/sitting room, a private bathroom, and a full offering of amenties that make for comfortable and care-free living. Specialty Care Assisted Living

Specialty care assisted living provides residents with mild to moderate dementia (including early Alzheimer's disease) a comfortable, secure and stimulating environment. See our floor plans.

Short-Term Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation services are offered in-house by Restore Therapy Services. Speech, occupational and physical therapists are available for evaluation, treatment planning and comprehensive short and long-term rehabilitation needs.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing Care is provided under the direction of a full time medical director. This medical director is a Board Certified Geriatrician on faculty with the Center for Aging at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care is provided in a secure wing under the direction of a full time medical director. This medical director is a Board Certified Geriatrician on faculty with the Center for Aging at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Residents enjoy a full calendar of activities, with special emphasis on building skills that enhance memory.
